Your Order Journey
1.Order Received
We confirm your submission and payment.
2.In Review
We verify each document and contact you if anything’s missing.
3.Submission to the issuing authority
Documents are submitted to the appropriate authority for authentication.
4.Apostille / Authentication Issued
The authority returns your authenticated documents to us.
5.Delivered to You
We ship the originals back to you (or email scans, if that’s how you chose).
Federal and state apostilles take about the same amount of time. You'll receive a tracking update at each stage.
