Living Will - $75
- A Living Will is a legal document that specifies to healthcare providers and others the type of treatment that you consent to should you become too ill or incapacitated to make decisions yourself.
- Also called an Advance Healthcare Directive.
Durable Power of Attorney - $150
- A Durable Power of Attorney allows you to authorize someone else to handle many types of transactions on your behalf like banking, bills, tax returns, insurance benefits, government benefits, and more.
- It remains in effect if you become incapacitated, due to an illness or an accident.
Medical Power of Attorney - $75
- A Medical Power of Attorney is different from a Durable Power of Attorney.
- A Medical POA appoints someone to make healthcare decisions for you should you become incapacitated or unable to act for yourself.
- Often used in conjunction with a Living Will.
